Group 1 travelled to Chelmsford for the Intergroup match against Group 3
Mark Hempstedt came into the team last minute due to a last minute call off.
It was a tight game throughout with Group 3 looking like they would just edge the overall score.
In the last few ends Group 1 rallied and after 21 ends the scored were level forcing an extra end.
Sadly the extra end went the way of Group 3.
A very frustrating way to lose the match but every credit to all Group 1 players for battling to the very end.
